The 20mm. The gen width is 21 but the rep is 20.

You can buy them on the website or even "subscribe" but it's a total sham. Every boutique I've walked into has had a stack of the newest issue and they're always more than happy to give me one. The sales guy today even gave me a lovely red bag to carry it out to my car. :D

I guess it really depends on your luck. Mine doesn't stutter as much as those I've seen online.

mine has a minor stutter similar to the others posted (imran, Arthur), not nearly as significant as your video implies more typical of any 21j movement, is it that noticeable in every orientation? as Imran says if I place the watch in a certain position I can see a more noticeable stutter around 18-22 seconds mark but certainly not across the entire spectrum.

There is a certain seller known to many that has a canned response to movement issues:
Try this and allow the movement to run-in over some time. Wind the watch via the crown 30-35 turns and tap HARD against your palm, it should be OK.

I thought it was poor advice but it actually works in more instances than not... the other option is a full service.
