you are absolutely correct its not every bit as good. its better. it will get me where I need to go the same time as you but with more money in my pocket.

The noob SD4k SA3135 definitely should be on this list, and mine came with a matte dial - it looks identical to my Gen SD4k except the crystal was to high. A quick tripe to a modder and it is now so close it is hard to tell them apart.

Also, I changed the bezel insert to a SubC insert. The bezel that came on it was VERY close to the Gen one.
wow this is pretty damn close. Is the rep hands a little wider? I can barely tell.
I don't think they are actually wider, I think the lume part on the reps hands is a little narrower. This is a SA3135, it sounds identical to the Gen even when shacking it or putting it up to your ear.
The only problem was the Crystal height but @Tickleshoes fixed that for me.

This is a great thread, being new to the forum I have taken the plunge and bought 5 watches as my first purchase, after weeks of research. Good to see that three of my watches are on the list. (Blanc pain FF, iwc big pilot, and noob DSSD). Can't wait for them to arrive.

The Rolex Oyster perpetual from JF with the grape colored dial should probably be on the list. Pretty damn close to a gen.

I already have a JF YM grey dial incoming, else I would totally hit that Rolex OP Grey dial at least (if not the grape). Looking forward to your picture!
With the exception of the rep's flat vs. embossed dial lettering and logo on the gen, this is as good as it gets. A true super rep contender.
Well, that's the whole point of bronze - with the vagaries of patination, no two bronze watches, gen or rep, will look exactly the same over time.

Sometimes I think these Chinese "rep vs gen" posts are just as fake as these watches
The kw and ZF versions are different in terms of bezel colors yet they both have "gen vs rep" posts promoting their watches.

I took kw's post more seriously due to open case back of the gen, and seeing a few gens (tho lighting plays a huge role in the way that the bezel color appears); bezel color is definitely more on the chocolate end.
Either ways, I love the bronze bb and I think it is a really nice rep (minus the play in bezel but I had that issue with every Tudor rep I had...both ZF and KW)
