Ok I’m ready to get flamed if this is a dumb question, but I read 20+ pages/ a few months back and didn’t find an answer: for the suckers like me who are willing to drop $1188 on a V4, are dealer stock claims legit, and has anyone gotten a “fake Noob” from a TD? Or if jtime says they have a V4 116520, then they really do?
To preempt the inevitable question of why I care if I can’t tell the difference—this is for a gift for my father, who probably would appreciate the difference between a 7750 and a 4130.

There are NV4 4130s circulating around in the market that i can say with confidence.
Suppliers have been releaseing them in batches based on designs.
As with regards to Trusted Dealers such as Jtime, i cannot and shall not comment as i've never bought from them before.
There are a handful of 7750s around now, ARF, Fake Noob, EWF and a small factory now releasing 7750 daytonas @ 12.6 to 12.7mm thick with working chrono, these are OBVIOUSLY not noobs because their dial is just................... subpar.
Thanks for that good update. For the other curious suckers willing to overpay: it seems like dealers still claiming stock don’t actually have any. Or maybe they are only available to established customers (in which case the observations about the rep market being like the Gen market are really spot on). So I guess now I’m the sucker who will dramatically overpay for a franken, since no one seems to list these stock on M2M.
116500 and 116520 noob V4 are no longer available from our TDs, everything was sold out around late October. Trusty was the one holding on to the last batch of unsold 116500 because of his personal connections, I believe there are a few selected gold models still in stock though if that is what you are after.

Trusty and J time were the ones to had them in stock. To my knowledge no one has received a fake noob by mistake. If you aren’t 100% sure you can definitely tell them apart based on the dials, hands, pushers (7750 is different). If you happen to find one post QC pics. We can help.
Fake noob dials are better imo than noob V4 too. I have 2 fake noob and they are damn good watches.

I’m sure it will sell for the price you paid from TD there’s no need to discount it, there are plenty of people waiting for one to pop up on M2M or even have WTB posts for one

That's wierd cause I've read quite a few feedback that fake noobs and EWF have pretty crappy dials vs ARF. Was considering an EWF but put off for now cause of these feedback. Now still considering ARF or EWF.
Fake noob factory is JNF I believe. Here is one of my fake noob. They absolutely nailed this dial.

Ok thanks for pointing me in a good direction. Id love to keep it but i cant pull off the gold. Id love to trade it for a v4 with stainless steel bracelet. I have the v4 with the silver dial and rubber bracelet and I love it.
I can post pictures if you'd like or use escrow. For your information, All im guilty of is absorbing the forums info and not contributing any. For that I apologize but I don't have any knowledge that could be any help to anybody as of yet. Except I would love to see a Hublot Mecca 10 big bang high quality rep.
