Which most people would not understand. Obviously he's performing QC on a PAM441, but other than that we have no clue what he's saying. Anybody care to translate?

well if you have one very obvious tell, that watch is by definition not qualified to be a super rep anymore. you can call it NWBIG however.

he also mentioned that it's a
1. Tianjin movement, which i thought Tianjin movement is always made with reference to Seagull ST2555 movement
can't tell it's VSF / ST2555 movement
2. was quite an old watch? going with the serial number: 288, it should be an early make?
You can't base age on a serial number as the PAM441 was only made one year. The movement used would be a better reference. However, the VSF PAM441 did not use a ST2555 Seagull movement when it was released in December of 2016. It was already using the P.9001 clone movement with the balance wheel @7.
It depends on your definition of NWBIG. Any watch, even first class, can be NWBIG for someone if the fit and finish of the rep is so good that it discourages you from buying the gen (essentially the definition of NWBIG). The current NWBIG list only includes super reps. You can call it NWBIG, but will it be called by others as NWBIG?
KW and V6F and VSF/XF are essentially the same factory. So there is a very big possibility that the caseback would be compatible. ZF and SF, although they produced the PAM441, they did so in DLCed steel form, not Ceramic.
