I have see a gen in real life and sunburst was quite obvious (like in TUF rep).

Positive thing is it has some sunburst at least , so not a matte dial . Wish mine would hurry up and arrive for QC !!!

Might not show sunburst right off, but it clearly shows its not matte. Looks a lot to the homages out there. So, we might be good.
Sorry, that was the reaction to the qc video and the comment … the sunburst on gen is also very difficult to see if not in direct sunlight …Like gen
I would have been happy with a mate Dial … but it is no Deal breaker if it’s more gen like .. mine is in the way .. about 5-6 days an i will share my feedback about once i have it in my hands
i dont give up the hope for it ..Awesome! Hope its a great one! Keep us posted with some photos and your review. Im really thinking about either the Pelagos 39 or the 42 mm.
Had plenty of the 42mm and I think it's a fantastic rep for the money, especially in black. Hoping for good things as I prefer the smaller dials.
Same here. Been really considering the XF Tudor Pelagos (I hear it's one of the best reps there is for Tudor) but I do like smaller sizing if ZF can get the details right.

Personally although I’ve been waiting for many many months I’m quite dissappointed by this release, and the number one reason is of course the sunburst dial, which in my opinion is missing. I’ve seen that QC video that shows a bit of linear light reflection which could be some sorts of a sunburst, yet I feel like it’s totally different from GEN.
With this being said, just placed the order for the TUF version, as I was planning to wear it on rubber anyway, so we’ll see how this goes.
If by any chance this would help you guys QC the ZF version, here are some indoor, natural light shots of a GEN.

Thanks for these Gen pics — very helpful indeed. However, I personally don‘t think we should write off the Sunburst effect on the ZF version yet. The dealer video further up in this thread was indeed bad quality (and there was a glare in the front glas of the watch) but I think I coupd see a bit of sunburst there nonetheless.
