How good does the moon disc printing look? Anyone can compare with APS’s?
That’s my biggest issue with these perpetual reps, moon disc looks trash (at least in pictures).

In my honest opinion the size of the disk you cannot complain about the printing It is good if you put on a magnifying lens then you most likely will be good enough

If you want the picture perfect gorgeous moondisk, pay gen prices.
For what they managed to do for $600, it's pretty amazing.

No. The LONG hand (52 hand GMT function) needs to be adjusted weekly.
The MONTH needs to be adjusted MONTHLY. (DEC-JAN)
The date, day (MON-TUE-WED) and (28-29-30) are all automatic.

You know, I think something I've pondered (and this is not to knock on the rep, it's a problem with the gen) is that the week hand indicator is probably one of the most poorly designed things ever. I think it obstructs visibility horribly, and for months at a time you will have certain parts of the dial obstructed and difficult to read. I mean, not a big deal, but if you paid $300k for a watch, I guess you would like it to be more thoughtful than this?

I've ordered the light blue.
I should tell you straight off the bat that the gen is platnium so the rep is already horrendously wrong. But who cares. It's my favorite of the dial colors next to the Salmon.
On point. This watch is not a common choice for the average Joe or even average gen AP wearer so unless one has the lifestyle to support it, the greatest tell is often the wearer and differences of details are really secondary. It’s just a fun watch for someone to wear on its own. Accuracy to the gen is really not relevant for most wearers for this watch.
So your response is something I agree with.
