It's a mix of many factors however a TD will provide security. Not all FB / Reddit / Non TDs will do the same.

From what I read the second hand / week counter and month hand have to be adjusted manually by the pusher and 2nd slot of the crown.

Other than that it functions normally?

The week hand, the month hand and the leap year hand are fake, you can set it however manually via the crown or pusher. And of course the rep has no real perpetual calendar, so you have to manually adjust the date and so on in months with 30 or less days.
