I hope this will be a true V3 with greenish dial, dark moonphase and engraved movement. For me these improvements are worth 100-150$.

How are these clone movements performing in terms of timekeeping out in the real world. Anyone have any feedback in relation to accuracy on and off the wrist ? Is the movement stable and is it accurate to within a given range etc.
Out of curiosity - which production year is this?Gen from today in natural light.
Well mine came last week with a screw out of the rotor and now won’t operate longer than 30 seconds. It didn’t survive the transport from TD to me!

Must have been defective from factory. Can’t see how the screw could dislodge from rotor just from transport… unless it was barely screwed in to begin with and the rotor movement dislodged it. That would have happened on the wrist as well. Hope it gets sorted for you.
If it makes you feel any better you've gotten a watch very similar to one people pay $100k for, for less than $1k. I don't think you've done too badly!
Honestly, after modded my moonphase I think my 5712 looks much better than before.

It looks indeed better - but what is going on with all that protective film? I'm sure it's applied voluntarily but doesn't it take so much beauty of the surface finish? Makes It look like plastic, no?Honestly, after modded my moonphase I think my 5712 looks much better than before.
How did you mod the moonphase? Was it a direct swap with a gen disk?
Sorry for my bad taste about protective film haha...
It's just an overlay that need some modification to make sure it won't stuck with the dial.

Mines been pretty good, although that’s just a personal observation. Power reserve seems spot on also

About how much longer will the new batch of V2 be available?

Engraving about 2 months, all depends on the “covid situation” in china. But I dont think they will call it V3.
There isnt much wrong with the V2 to be completely honest, they wont fix the moon disk, I dont think, but a year sounds about right. Maybe a bit sooner, Id expect it in the second half of ’23.

Does anyone receive new QC from TheOneWatch lately for 5712v2? I just ordered and not hearing anything from him for the past 10 days
