Amazing, This looks promising. No other issues, flaws or anything to worry about?
It feels good to know that I have the middle and the one to the right of that on order![]()
I just placed my second order on one of these. This time a SS case with White dial and gold numbers.
First order was a Gold/Ardoise one.
Both orders went to Ryan. Not seen any QC pictures yet and I just HOPE they will be fine...
I have waited SO long to get a decent looking dress watch (sine I work a lot in a suite) and these are in my oppinion some of the best there is.
It always makes you a bit jumpy when people reports problems. But then again. I am sure ZF makes a lot of these watches. Probably a fair few thousand more than IWC so it is bound to be some quality issues.
I mean, how many watches per year do IWC sell? Not very many I guess. So they will have the time, energy and economics to get every singel one spot on.
You got them all !??So here's my watches 24 hours after setting them all to the same time and all with fully wound Power Reserve. Don't forget this is just gone 10pm so all the dates are starting to move, they are normally perfectly aligned - don't be misled by how they look in the photo!
So far all 5 running sweet. And all showing the same amount of Power Reserve remaining. [emoji106]

Quite a noticeable difference from Rep sub dials @3-9 to Gen
Hopefully you can see from these 2 pics

Top one is gen dial, right? That's the better looking one, if you ask me. [emoji6]
Come for the watches, stay for the drama! [emoji12]
Ok. Another silly question:
How do you wind this movement? I just got my Laureus but I can't get it to wind like a normal watch. The crown won't turn 360 degrees. Seems the only way to wind and make the PR needle move up is to crank the crown in a forward and backward motion. Is that correct or did I get a dud? [emoji15]

Lower one.
The concentric rings on the gen sub dials are finer and therefore reflect less light, this gives the dial a more even look but a small amount of contrast between the sub dials and main dial face.
Do you feel yourself aging at twice the normal rate?So here's my watches 24 hours after setting them all to the same time and all with fully wound Power Reserve. Cibbe may i ask where you bought the straps from?
A few members bought samtoni straps, which is incredibly high in quality but the price is too much for me. Where did you get yours from?
PLUS a gen strap! WELL DONE!
Looks like the gen subdials don't have concentric rings so don't contrast against the dial - is that the biggest difference Sharrkey?
