You can sand that to make it smooth. Takes some patience but it will be worth it

Yes, I tried this with a very small success!
Got my new strap today and I'm so pleased that I bought this strap and decided to go from black to brown coloured strap.
It was what the ardoise dial needed, a more vivid strap color, to come to it's right, atleast in my mind.
It's an Orloff strap btw..

Keep in mind this will work on the stainless steel clasps but not the rose gold. You will wear away the plating!
Using grinding machine? It is pity that I don't have suitable tools.
ZF's deployant clasp is close to gen IMO.

I contacted Mario to order an Strap although he asked me the measurements of the strap... I dont have my watch as yet...do you mind sharing the info you sent him ?
I ordered a ready made strap fram Orloff that had the length 145/55 (rep is 135/55) and 22/18 wide.
What he needed regarding info from me was my wristsize so he could make the holes.
Ofcourse you have to tell him for what watch the strap is.

This is not about the look... it is about the feeling, the sharp edged feeling! There are alots of reps that look good and feel... "less" good! If you waer your watches, sharp edges can get nasty!

I am curious about the quality. Sure, I understand it is not ORLOFF quality but are they just as bad as the Rep straps?
