received mine, nice watch. Dial and DW no issue. BUT i have problem with rotor touching the glass and making noise. I am the un-usual unlucky one. Spotted there is an uneven at the movement and perhaps is a screw which not screwed in properly.
Do you think to get a replacement or it can be fix easily. Any reputable Rep friendly watchsmith recommended? Any help would be appreciated.
This really sucks! Your dealer should have caught this! Who did you buy from... this is no easy fix! MIne should arrive Friday, I hope all is well when reading this!

From Sead, waited 2 wks for that now need to depart from it for God knows how long. Contacted TD and awaiting response.

Please let us know how it went! Does he drop ship, I guess so! This can pass any QC pics, so the dealer should help you here!
I've seen few ZF batches been rejected in QC from other people. This was my second QC too, I think ZF really need to up their game on quality otherwise lots will be back for replacement.

"I had the same with mine, I unscrewed caseback and checked movement. Nothing wrong, caseback was just too tight screwed on. I put I back on and with the squeezy ball gave it just slight touch and it is tight but not too much. Running fine now and running now for 24 hours and only gaining 50 seconds!!! Hope this works for you also"
Will try but no sticky ball and tools is too small for the case. Will figure out something later.

I just placed my second order on one of these. This time a SS case with White dial and gold numbers.
First order was a Gold/Ardoise one.
Both orders went to Ryan. Not seen any QC pictures yet and I just HOPE they will be fine...
I have waited SO long to get a decent looking dress watch (sine I work a lot in a suite) and these are in my oppinion some of the best there is.
It always makes you a bit jumpy when people reports problems. But then again. I am sure ZF makes a lot of these watches. Probably a fair few thousand more than IWC so it is bound to be some quality issues.
I mean, how many watches per year do IWC sell? Not very many I guess. So they will have the time, energy and economics to get every singel one spot on.

Think ill get a OEM Deployant to finish it off, just need to find one at a reasonable price now
So here's my watches 24 hours after setting them all to the same time and all with fully wound Power Reserve. Don't forget this is just gone 10pm so all the dates are starting to move, they are normally perfectly aligned - don't be misled by how they look in the photo!
So far all 5 running sweet. And all showing the same amount of Power Reserve remaining. [emoji106]
