Despite being titanium, anyone here think the V4 band will be further revised?

Definitely. Its a whole new material and tooling, so its their opportunity to make it look better and closer to gen. I doubt they would get it right the first time though. Perhaps the titanium mesh will have different variants as well.

Its all about the weaving and details. I hope VSF sees these.

It’s already closer than it was before, but still not quite identical.

Totally agreed. My gen no date sub is my quintessential bond watch and I just can’t justify dishing out so much cash for another no date watch.

So the rep is perfect for letting me get a taste of the new bond watch without the price tag. That said if I had the cash to spare I’d definitely get the gen nttd. It ticks many boxes for me.

Perhaps if I come across the NTTD that is at half the price its currently going for which I find it highly unlikely, then I'd get the gen. Like how it was for me for the V6F Spectre. I liked that watch so much, i ended up getting the gen years later.

Yes, I posted this same article not long ago. That’s why I’m wondering if they’ll be able to accurately replicate it. Let’s hope so!

They can and they will.

Biggest drawback at the moment is the thickness and the density of the weave when viewed from the side.

I seriously doubt it.

If you look at the V3 mesh, it isn't too far off. The weave just needs to be tighter and rounder. They already got the tapering right. The clasp alone is perfect. At the rate they're going with their reps, I'm confident they can get the titanium mesh to look as close as possible to the gen Omega mesh.
