The mesh does look slightly different doesn't it? Or maybe it's just my eyes. Hopefully it is good signs of things to come.

Hahahahaha glad I wasn't the only one who noticed the nails. First reaction was "Is that titanium...? It looks perhaps a little darker... maybe it's- oh my god what on earth are those"

The mesh is definitely the same, only brushed instead of polished like the V1 was.

Hmmm.. So it's not like the kind of clasp that usually comes with those aftermarket mesh, something like this... Look at the clasp. One side is for sizing, the other is the flip. Is it like that?

Oh and by the way Trusty just listed the V2 with new pics. Same price as the V1. Buyers of V1 just got robbed imo.
And it doesn't look like it comes with a free nato strap like the V1 was. So whichever one you choose, nato or mesh, that's what you are getting. No additional free strap.

V2 looks good to me.
Not interested in the mesh personally.
Watch Looks best on nato IMO.
Maybe rep dial is not as brown as gen but then again most gen pics are heavily edited to bring out the brown tones.
I suspect gen colour looks like the rep in most angles/lighting and only pops brown in direct lighting at certain angle. I don’t know I’m just thinking out aloud.

I believe that for those who end up going with V2 or have already bought the V1 will have an opportunity to buy the updated (if it ever happens) mesh bracelet with the clasp on it's own. Factories must know how crucial this is to the piece, and should be more than willing to sell it on it's own afterwards. I think those who want the look should not wait, potentially months, just to see if the clasped mesh will ever come.

V2 looks very good IMO and i'll probably order one myself, my only question is-
Does anyone know if a regular seamaster bracelet will fit this watch? really not a big fan of the mesh and I'd much prefer to replace it with a regular SS omega rep strap!
are the lug widths different on the NTTD?

Other than being titanium, they also changed the bezel, dial and hour markers on the V2. Look at the differences.....
The bezel numerals appear to be thinner. Darker patina colours too. Dial looks like a lighter colour. Hour markers look to have a more darker patina look to them that matches the darker patina of the numerals on the bezel.

The v1 pic is under direct light, you can see the reflection on the xtal it’s probably enough to make the bezel numbers and dial markers seem different

I’m just curious to see if the band has been made darker to match the case.
Vintage inspired watch - vintage look shark mesh!It s a great looking watch. My only concern regards the strap to fit.

According to the TT photos, it does not look like it. There appears to be a noticeable difference in colour.
I’ve pulled some Gen pics from different articles and videos online, I still don’t really see the brown you see in the omega official pics. I think the v2 rep looks alright after initially thinking the v1 was crap.

Seeing the gen pics now make me want to wait for a more accurate NATO, colours are way off from gen. My first high end rep and i'm asking for the world......
