The mesh you have looks very impressive and closer to the gen mind sharing where you got it from?
Also if you could take some with the original mesh id love to see the difference!

Sure! It's a bracelet made by Staib, expensive but worth it. This is the one I bought.

Compared to the one that comes with the watch, the biggest issue I found was the thickness and tightness of the mesh knit.

That actually looks so nice, If they only change the case to Titanium for V2 I might consider picking it up and this strap you have. How does the NATO look?

See that's the thing though, unless they also make the bracelet titanium, it might not be a great combo because the titanium case would potentially be a visibly different shade of darker gray than the bracelet. Food for thought.

NATO looks good! I was never interested in running it with the NATO because from the get-go I loved the classic look of the mesh, but it feels like a quality NATO strap. Not really any complaints.

What a world of difference a good quality mesh from Staib makes. It looks very very close to Omega's titanium mesh. Very nice!

Does seem thick I can see what you mean.
Hard to compare against the Gen.
The Gen is a work of art that tightly woven Milanese which seems to taper in width and thickness...

Has VSF ever attempted another mesh comparable in quality to the NTTD?

The dial itself seems to be very very close which is good enough for me.

Guess what showed up today! Got it on the new strap and everything. Honestly, I think you guys are getting too bent out of shape about all the little flaws. Gorgeous watch. Made better with a high quality mesh band.

Will take tons more and upload some photos in a bit.

Wow, very nice Arachnoidosis! That bracelet is certainly a step up from the one that it came with. Excellent photography as well!

They really need to get those colours right though. Yes the face and bezel needs a change but the thing that sticks out are those bezel markings—they're far too beige instead of a lightish brown.

The mesh can be copied. But it will take time. I'd be surprised if V2 has the accurate mesh.

This is easily the nicest SMP by Omega IMHO. But the gen price honestly not worthy. Would rather get a speedy.

Sorry to disappoint. The titanium watch will still come with the steel bracelet. And no changes to the mesh, its the exact same one.

Yes. Its the correct kind of titanium colour. But everything else is exactly the same as the steel version. No "improvements" the people here were expecting.

Well now I'm at a toss up. Get the v1 and a Staib bracelet to have a nice stainless pair, or wait until a V3 comes out with matching titanium case AND bracelet (hopefully).

Anyone know if the titanium bracelet (once the whole watch is titanium) would be available on its own? Is that something TD's sometimes offer, maybe privately?

I'm on somewhat of a time commitment because I would very much like to wear this for my wedding in September, which too is now up in the air because of covid...
