forgot to mention... MT watches have sliced their store into half... they no longer take up two stalls as they used to... but the staff and owner is still the same... friendly and they speak good english

i believe much information can be gathered by googling it... but i never patronize hookers the ones which the locals frequent are very far out of town and very little foreigners would know about - they are usually the better ones from what i gather...

Well I loved it, the lady was very kind and did a great job. Sure left happy.

Update I bought one

Ground floor MBK saw some Rolex watches next to escalator examined them things didn't line up well date Windows etc they were wanting 9000 baht I didn't bother haggling went up to next floor catalogue on the counter I pointed out the green one brought one out the white dots for the hour markets were different sizes the clasp looked iffy not straight and not flush. They wanted about 3000 I said no they asked me "do I want to see Swiss quality ok I show you the best but I warn you now it's expensive" they looked reluctant to show me they put the two watches together and explained the differences they wanted 14000 I was patient and I got it for 10000. I examined a real Rolex the day before in Siam paragon but the credit card machine was wanting 40 baht to the £1 and they wanted 340000 way too expensive £8500 for a £6050 watch they treated me like totality in there no socks wearing flip flops shorts and a t-shirt can you imagine back home going to a Rolex shop they wouldn't even talk to you or bring out the watch you wanted to see. Anyway I am sure the bracelet look the same externally but different operation on the inside everything else looks spot on. Even the Rolex engraving on the inside of glass at 6 you can barely see it but it's surely there. The green colour is good on the bezel the Rolex conical thing can't mind the name looks like the real one the cheaper one had too much of an angle to it. They asked me if I knew what a miyota movement is or something similar to that name because this watch has it it does indeed sound the same when winding it as the real one and the ticking looks the same small ticks but frequent and smooth. I will post up photos shortly.
