what is the reason for his ban?Storm has nothing to do with this. Don't mix up things.
He was very supportive of the scammer initially.

You can view his last posts for a more clear picture. Unfortunately, Storm and another member had a pissing contest and it got out of hand with vulgar and racist remarks. The bans are temporary AFAIK.what is the reason for his ban?

I stand corrected. Shame what occured as I liked Storm, but what transpired was ridiculous to say the least. I felt 2nd hand embarrassment just reading it.Permanant.
If there was a way to rate their bs platform they would get null points.
I received a customer service survey the other day so within the survey I tore them as best I could for the presence of those shill reviews. I even took the time to point out that descriptions in the reviews were all from single review users and for products that were not listed as available on the website such as other high-end models like Rolex. Suffice to say any lingering thoughts I had towards their legitimacy have now been permanently dismantled. It seems they have done nothing with the 5 star ones (flagged by myself and I assume a number of fellow members) which is very disappointing but not surprising.

Have you considered involving the police? I mean regardless of where you discussed the watch, that sum of money is enough for them to get involved and since it's a custom watch it's not illegal for you to buy it with no stated replica pieces. Only supposedly genuine parts and modified pieces.this guy has totally disappeared. No idea what to do next...
^^^^THIS^^^^9 Grand is serious enough to warrant police involvement IMHO.
I don't know how the British legal / law enforcement system works, but where I live (within the EU), it is possible to bypass the police and report felonies & crimes, or suspicion of one, directly to the district prosecutor's office. Of course, investigations will ultimately be delegated back to the police, but it is a good way to avoid the uninterested & unengaged police force (even though technically they are required by law to investigate every single complaint — it's not their "choice" or call whether a suspected crime is "worth" being investigated, but in reality they will often try to "talk you out of it" just to save the paperwork or make you wait for hours at the station to discourage you from pressing charges and hope you just give up and disappear). So maybe that could be an alternative?easier said then done.
Contacting or dealing with the UK /London Police is not a walk in the park .
Exactly. There's enough reason to believe that this is just the tip of the ice berg. Which also means that there might be the chance of recovering at least part of the money as this a-hole probably accumulated a lot of serious assets already as opposed to the occasional amateur teenage scammer who'll already have unrecoverably spent your 300 bucks on video games, OnlyFans and sneakers on promotion at Walmart/Tesco etc. After all, your case is 1000s of pounds and there is good evidence that there have been others.
First rule of brute force: if it’s not working, you’re not using enough of it.As I used to say..
If it doesnt work with force, it will work with a greater force.
And if that doesn't work, remember C4 fixes everything, broken or not.First rule of brute force: if it’s not working, you’re not using enough of it.

Mate, apathy is a scammers best friend. Don't give up getting some justice and give the police report a try. Get angry and get this shithouse
