They're still asking for documents. But did say they'll look into it. I wonder to what degree?

Clearly this loser scamming is in damage control.

As @Fergulator72 has suggested he may hand the watch over if confronted. Personally I think I would take a different 'confronting' approach.

Well I definitely learned something about trust pilot. I have flagged the shill 5 star reviews as fake just as he flagged mine, and I suggest everyone else do the same. Both sides can play this game.

He has changed his trustpilot title to bread and bakery under food and beverages, he obviously is not going to do a refund and I suspect it’s not his first rodeo

Contact details have changed on Trustpilot too - to an address in Pakistan and a contact number for a web developer there (according to Google).

I've also flagged the 5 star reviews as suspicious but it only allowed me to flag 2 for the same reason (suspicious pattern).

Yep, had multiple emails from Trustpilot, asking for receipts and even browser history.
I just told them I have lost faith in their platform as it works for both positive reviews and negative. It would appear the people that have put positive reviews have backed them when asked by trustpilot? If they are even real... who knows
