No, I don't think it does, it only comes in 45mm.
But I don't really understand what you mean about the dial - would you like a regular dial in this aged case?

I'm leaning towards fantasy. I thought about trying the 40mm Pilot but wasn't interested in the aged stainless look or colored dials. Zenith doesn't make the standard SS/black dial in 40mm, so I'm leaning towards fantasy. Email Andrew though, he'll check for you. Then let me know!

There's also a listed bronzo in 40mm too. Hmmmm

Well I got a reply. The answer is yes, it is a 40mm watch. So fantasy, but I am really liking this.

In my humble opinion, this is a typo and the link you included above is for a 45mm version. Quite clearly, the 45mm version has screws on the sides of the lugs and the 40mm doesn't.

Additionally, the ratio of thickness of lugs to body, to my eye makes it look like the 45mm

That's what I thought. Andrew said 40mm. Gonna double check with them

The 40mm has the Miyota. We are debating the accuracy of the listing of the 40mm with an Asian clone.

Check zenith's site mate
There's a ton up gray dial in 45mm
But there are 4 dials in 40mm ton up
Including an olive/khaki dial you posted

You're completely missing the point.

There is a SS/black dial as well as a bronze listed in 40mm size at some TDs. Zenith doesn't make those gen in 40mm, only 45mm. So we're trying to figure out if it was a typo or if they made a fantasy of the 45mm models in 40mm case.

I have confirmed with another TD that it is 40mm.

Seems to be a fantasy model based on the larger 45mm version (it is thicker than the rep of the 40mm)
