Your logo says "V2"
I have recently ordered a white SS 15400 and the first one my TD picked had messed up rotor screws and the AP logo wasn't straight at all.
The second one he picked was ok so I accepted but the dial (Waffle) Pattern looked different.
Both watches had the wider logo so they are def v2, however the second seemed to have the rounder and smaller pattern, whereas the one I rejected had the more square pattern.
Maybe blue 15400s with fat AP logo always have the newer dial pattern but I am not sure that applies to other colors, at least not for the white.
I have a blue V1 and a white V1, the white has a fat logo, and the blue has a skinny logo; both were ordered around the same time a few months ago. As such, I'm not sure how the logo size was picked.
This is all so confusing when the factories don't announce a new release, these silent releases are causing mayhem around here....

The he link within this threa doesn't appear to be the Miyota movement, instead the A3120. There is one on with Miyota which is cheaper but I'm presuming isn't v2... Confused.com

That is actually a Miyota Movement with decoration plate to replicate the look of a gen AP 3120 movement, hence they call it A3120.

Thanks! What's the weight difference, any ideas? Only ever seen on rep before and it was a load of cr*p! These seem much closer to gens from the pictures but the pictures don't paint a picture like holding it in your hands! Thoughts here welcome..
Newest v2 blue dial compared with my gen hulk. Really comparable in terms of finish, quality and comfort. Pretty incredible with the $8k price difference.

AP looks fantastic, you're right that the finish looks very comparable. Which site was the AP purchased from?

I'm torn between the blue face as pictured above or the rose gold on brown strap!! What's everyone's preference??!

Now in terms of choosing between the two 15400s, I own both the SS 15400 with blue dial and the RG with black dial.
I got to say that having the opportunity to compare them side by side: the SS wins.
It looks closer to Gen not because it is shaped closer or anything but because the Stainless Steel itself looks closer to the stainless steel on the genuine as opposed to the "Rose Gold" used by the factories. In fact, the RG has more of a copper hue to it when comparing to any genuine RG AP which bothers me...
