I must say that the communication and process with Intime has been flawless - Ryan is a wonderful guy and very responsive which is a perfect combination in terms of customer service.
Unfortunately my deal has gone down the pan. I paid for my new watch on 18th May, had notification of receipt of my payment on 21st May, but today 23rd May I had a message to say the watch is out of stock.
I don't know what the next steps are or how long they will take but I've asked Ryan to refund my payment (including banking charges) and I'll see what happens.
Will post an update on here when my refund is received - or let you know of any issues with the refund process.
