I think OP is talking about the ONLY Rolex you can have, maybe or maybe not everyday. So you can still have some APs, PPs, IWCs and Omegas, even Apple Watch for the everyday issue.

Easily, the most perfect watch assembled from a utility and design perspective, in fact so perfect its boring.

This is kind of what I feel about this model. There is nothing wrong with it at all, but I like a little more visual appeal. I am drawn to the 126710blro or 116500 for this reason. But, I come back to the 116610 because it is iconic and amazingly well replicated.
