I have both 116520 and 116500, I think 116500 is better for everyday since the ceramic bezel is more scratchproof. Given the fact that you are ok with no date.

I think OP is talking about the ONLY Rolex you can have, maybe or maybe not everyday. So you can still have some APs, PPs, IWCs and Omegas, even Apple Watch for the everyday issue.

Honestly,
I would say anything five digit would be good. My daily go to is my Gen datejust, but for a rep I love me some 16570 polar action. To me it is the best tool watch you could ask for. If you can’t find one, go with a five digit coke gmt 16710 FTW. A classic look and you can still get solid builds to this day.
