Hi everyone! I am back to civilization. My trip went very well and fortunately I was able to spend time with the people who mean most. I hope all of you are doing well and hope you all a great week / day ahead! Now I have some catching up to do!
Anyone into the post season baseball? I'm a huge Cubs fan (being born and raised in Chicago).. it's always an emotional roller coaster ride. But looks as if they've pulled it off in the 9th inning this series. So let's hope the excitement carries over into the next series. However whether it being he dodgers or nationals, they will be loaded with energy after a 5th game win.

A great comeback win last night! I have a soft spot for the Cubbies and would like to see their current run continue, but you're right - the next series will be a tough one, regardless of the opponent...
I agree! We will see what happens. And I watched a phenomenal documentary on the Cubs on Friday night. I'll see if I can dig it up. It was on FS1, and it put things into a weird perspective.

It has been a nice bright warmish-cool Sunday here for me today. Drove down the streets today after washing my car. Gotta shake off those water drops under the chassis. Kids playing on the sidewalk. Girls sneaking smokes out the back porch. Ice cream truck ringing its bell. Chalk line of an airplane contrail in the blue sky. It was a nice day here in my parts. ........ Monday coming up. And the grind starts over again !

Ditto, I'm sitting here going insane. This election kills car sales! I haven't sold a car since Saturday and that makes me want to jump off a bridge. Hi doc I missed you. I know what you mean the service department has slowed down a bit these last few weeks. The election is a sore subject around my house. My girlfriend is a die hard liberal (she's a social worker) and I'm a die hard republican so we have been battling this election!!
