Ha, made me chuckle at least. How we all doing chaps? Life is busy here as always. Bit of an issue has arisen with the house, bloody leak from a boss into an internal soil stack. Foul water has got under the tiles of the utility room. Problem solved but the tiles are now starting to lift too. Grrr. I spent my anniversary tiling that floor!!! At least the builders are going to redo it as the leak was their fault.

Well my friends, I'm pretty excited to show you how the kitchen is coming along. We've still got a few bits to do, but we were ready enough to let our 13yo have some friends over for his birthday, and it was great to use the space as we intended it. Gotta get some doors now, finish off the office, snug, utility, bathroom and then hit the garden next summer. But for now.....
