Yes we do sir! And both our teams are playing tomorrow!!!! For me it's been a little insane since getting back!trying to catch up is almost impossible and this election is creating havoc in my household as well... not in that sense but my wife is very into it lol so all I hear about all day is the election ha ha.

Hope you are all doing well! And have a great day/night I have been looking at another addition and may be looking into joining the 007 SMP club here soon!

It's nice to be back around. There are a lot of new faces around. Yeah I've just given up the argument but sometimes she says some stuff and just dumbfounded by the logic behind it. [emoji35][emoji379] I did manage to get her turned around on the gun issue now let's see if we can work on economics hahaha

My missus has got me into following the election by flicking between cnn and fox. It's so interesting seeing the different biases in their courage. Looking forward to the next debate on Thursday

I actually hate his election. Well, usually hate them all. I don't care who you like, it's a joke that it's come down to THESE two out of everyone. I'm ALL for a women being in power. Just not Hillary. I'm ALL for a businessman being in power. Just not Trump.

Yea I'm with you they both suck. I just can't vote for someone who wants to destroy the laws America is based on. Probably should avoid political talk on here. Sorry I bought it up.

Yeah we get coverage on cable. It affects the world, which is why I care even if I can't vote. I so agree that it's going to come down to the lesser of two evils. I have pretty strong views about who is less/more evil but will refrain in the interest of keeping it apolitical and all about the watches!

Just got terrible news at my job today.. all my current research must be ended. And now, I have to "jump" onto someone else's project. I'm so pissed off, bummed, and just mentally drained. This academia life is not for me. Maybe it's not like that elsewhere, but being at the institution I'm at, I know we are held to a level higher then most (and it sucks..). [emoji20]

Sorry to hear that. Politics and messing up people's projects is universal in Academia unfortunately.

Thanks guys.. and yes it is.. I'm just glad I did this now at my age where I can take these challenges and didn't jump head first when I have a "family" to take care of. As that's to stressful.. Oh well. Just have to take what's offered and run with it. That is life'

Morning all. Waking up in a hotel again, missing the family. I'm starting to dislike how often I am away from home.
