Good morning all. Wow what a week [MENTION=100114]Jeane123[/MENTION] sounds like a blast. [MENTION=96530]DocHolliday[/MENTION] and [MENTION=36488]sinsir[/MENTION], keep at it you guys. Muscle memory will kick in and your fitness level will come back soon. I'm going to be on holiday for two weeks and then have only four weeks to get back my fitness before a half marathon.
Thing with the holiday is we're off to France. My wife is a worrier and the recent events have given her a wobbler. Trying to reassure her that no one would bother doing anything where we're going. It's too small and insignificant a place.
Looking forward to getting away though, the house is a nightmare. We're living in just the lounge and upstairs. There's no kitchen other than a micro/combo oven and a camping gas stove in our lounge. Everything is crammed into that one room. Dining table, fridge/freezer, a bookcase acting as a pantry, it's pretty hilarious but kinda annoying too. Through the back, all the ceilings are down, plaster off the walls back to brick, stud work for the new walls is in place. It's coming together nicely.
So yesterday I had to change the rear brakes on the Volvo and then had to make a start on the chimney stack. Today, we've got a community BBQ with church 11-2 then back home to finish that chimney while my wife takes one of the kids out to a birthday party. Hope you have a great Sunday. What are you up to?
