Just purchased... couldn't resist. I originally wanted RM35-02 v3. I also noticed the v2 today as I just finished paying. I hope I get whatever v2 is.

1. I don't really care about spelling too much, but I noticed the back case spelled "sapphir" or maybe different countries spell it differently. However I have the RM001, so Swiss is Sweiss.(Doesn't bother me, but on a transparent watch, you can actually see it)
2. I really like this piece being light, so i plan on wearing it a lot. I wonder if we can purchase backup straps just in case it starts turning yellow?

that's bad luck, however, a really valued TD can easily update your order. Happened to me with PT on the 035-02 V2 vs V3 but that was a slightly different story in terms of case quality and zebra effect
Its definitely worth a try, good luck.

Did you get your QC pics yet? If not just ask if you could swap it for the V2, I'm sure they will be happy to accommodate.

looks like the v2 already. look at the gears and the tourby colour, the bronze here switched to silver

I am staring at both the V1 and V2 pics on puretime. Everything is identical except the counterweights on the Mainspring. V1 seems to be more copper on the inner side of the counter balance weights whereas the V2 the counter weights are all silver color.

The gen is actually spelled "SAPPHIR" as well.

FYI regarding the v2, checked the eventual upgrade details with a couple of TD-s: according to the factory it's about the mvm upgrade solely, "more stable"-whatever that means, case and the rest remains is the same.
