Puretime told me the case and bracelet were updated.
I ordered the black dial initially but switched to the gray. The markers and swiss made are definitely improved.

Congrats for the watch man, dial color looks great, can you advise on the date change? Is it still slow rolling between 10-12 or improved to change with a single click at 12 am?

Seems like no changes were made to the movement. Still slow rolling between 10-12 and still the same issue with the movement having a loud rotor.

Im actually thinking of ordering this as well. My worry is the date wheel color, it looks more black then grey when the gen is grey.

Not bad, but not great. And I only want to buy great! I don't understand how there are so many other great reps, and this super popular watch is not super repped yet.

Its repped more than couple of times by various factories, just that the dial still requires a lot of work.
The size of the case is also a tell.
Even so, they do a beautiful job with the reps. Just not a super rep.
Case is nearly perfected, bracelet finish is excellent. I manage to pull it off with gen watch collectors and they never cease to admire the 15400. It is indeed a very attractive watch. Down side is case back thickess is big tell. If there is a watch worth frankening, it would be the 15400.
Problem is the possibility of getting a gen dial
Will be my next purchase as well hehe just checked out puretime, but they only have the silver dial from JF?!
Can someone post the link for JF white dial?
