Comparison of Gen 15400 vs JF 15400

Yeah i'm wondering about that as ppl mention boths in this forum but I only see the 15400 super rep with silver dial. White dial is only available for the 230$ reps.

Blue dial seems to be closest imo On SS 15400. Where as the white \ silver dial looks great on JF RG. I heard that JF got the Gen blue 15400 . Any news when they are getting updated stock.

They switched the supplier to V1 (and early V2) pimple dial now the markers are ok but the tapseries not.

The size of the case is also a tell.

Even so, they do a beautiful job with the reps. Just not a super rep.

Nevertheless it's quite obvious the case is thicker than the genuine. Especially on the profile comparison pictures, although I doubt this will be felt or noticed when the watch is on your wrist

This dial is flawless, I would accept it!

as mentioned elsewhere, the date wheel is black on the grey rep version instead of also being grey in the gen. For me it's just too much of an easy tell once you know it.

Yeah I was more reflecting on when you actually wear the watch and have it on your wrist.. So even if there is a quite difference in the side by side photos, I doubt that difference will be noticed or felt once on the wrist. Or does anyone know if the height actually can be seen once on the wrist?

There´s no way you can spot this on the wrist. This watch needs a little better tapisserie and a crisper minute marker print. If this comes through, it´s a super rep, regardless of the caseback.

Definitely agree on the tapisserie.

And as long as it doesn't have a bunch of decoration on the movement. I'd honestly just as well have a closed case back. That might even cut down on the size it appears while on wrist.

That + the lume on the hands, it's too thick compared to the genuine...

I like the JF YG one but I have read that the Links aren't YG wrapped.
Does anyone know if the silver in the side is visible when on the wrist.
I love good but don't want one with links that are an obvious tell....
