I don't know about "thoughts" lol. But until I see it, I can't speak to it. But having HKF and PPF in my hands I can tell you its not even close.

Speculation is the word. They already ordered form HKF but would be able to change to PPF if I wanted. I asked them directly, if they know anything about a V2 version of the HKF. If they can not confirm that I will probably switch.

Just got word from the TD I ordered with, they checked and there is no new version by HKF. Having seen the pictures and read your feedback I think that I should switch to the PPF.

Looks great. How much did you pay for the ppf Version? My td wants 468 usd, which i find a little bit too much if you look at the other TDs. Might just stay with the hkf since i got a good discount on it.

Yeah, I paid $468 for mine from PPF. I am unsure what kind of discount you got on the HKF, but my HKF was $398. $60 bucks is a pretty small cost to have an overall better watch, dial, font, and bracelet. But hey, some people would rather pay ARF prices instead of Clean prices so to each their own.

Ha fellow Taycan owner. I had one of the first ones off the line in 2020. Shame those early ones were so full of issues it kept trying it’s hardest to kill me. Miss it sometimes.

FYI, I sent the PPF out to be WG plated and Jim said he tried everything to get the case open to do a mini service and plate it and he said the watch won’t open. He said the piece has been pressed together and can’t seem to get it open. So I won’t be playing it after all

PPF. It just got there along with a 228239. I imagine I'll hear something in the next 48 hours? But yeah I'll keep everyone in the loop. Plating was important me on this one
