Yes. 16610 insert has a different diameter.

How is the case on those? I’ve heard they went downhill. I wouldn’t mind getting a second one and making a 16660.

Your crystal looks like the fat one that the new model has, but your crownguards look a little closer to the older version. Is that what you mean about it being reshaped?

I am planning this 666 build and had read somewhere in this thread that the 666 crownguards are slightly fatter, so maybe this new version is better for a 666 build perhaps.

@rockdaytona too bad for the dead movement. Repairing a SH may not be worth it, you can go for a VS3135 if a new mov. is needed. Some are to be found regularly on M2M.

VS and VR are very readily available on AliExp as well. I got my VR3135 & 3186 from eBay.

Yes, 666 has slightly fatter CG's check pics online and you spot it right away.

The crystal profile is weird yes and CG's although not that visible from these pics but look more like the fatter 666 ones which is good news if someones gonna build a 666.

Well I got the StarTime hands in and while they look good. They don’t really work for the 5 digit subs/SD. I’ll just use some until I get Gen Hands and call it a day. I am getting a 3135 dial soon so I’ll have an excuse to take the hands off again.
