Supposedly the Poliezi ones are still like the older ones. But that’s just what I’ve read so take it with a grain of salt.

The newer standard BP 16600’s look like they have bad CGs

You could do that or a VR3135. I’ve heard that the VS date position is slightly off.

If you are installing in place of an SA3135 then it should be straight forward. If you are installing in place of a 2824 then you will have to trim the inside of the caseback in order for the rotor to spin freely.

Sorry guy, this thread is 450+ pages haha. Does this need a WSO bezel assembly to accept a gen insert?

I got a WSO bezel and while it fit. It wouldn’t click. Now it’s sitting in my parts bin with WSO insert as well.

I went back with the BP bezel and Gen insert

So the stock BP will take gen insert? How “old” is your BP 16600?

The BP bezel should take a gen insert as it takes a WSO insert., and that's on both the new and old cases in my experience. I was able to get the WSO bezel to click, but it did take some effort with the click and a little sanding.

My gen insert doesn’t snap into my BP. I can’t remember the size difference on my calliper, I think it was 0.5mm difference.

Probably going to get it installed today but haven’t decided if I should sand the metal down on the bezel or be a lazy prick and just sand the insert a bit.

Will a 93150 with 585 end links fit the BP 16600?

As mentioned earlier BP may reuse 93250 clasps instead of producing new 93160 ones. Although also marked 93250 the SELs are made to fit the SD case.

The BP SD-SEL is on the left, a RAF Sub-SEL on the right. In contrast to the RAF the BP SEL does not accept 2mm spring bars.

Differences become more clear when mounted. Putting the BP SD-SEL on a RAF 16610 (right side, stock on left). The BP SD-SEL is too thick to be a common 93250 SEL.

And vice versa the RAF Sub-SEL on the BP 16600 (right side, stock on left). The common 93250 SEL leaves a gap and can’t be fastened at all.

Finally, the BP SD with stock SELs on both sides. I don’t think it’s very different from the gen fit.

Built out of ignorance or lacking knowledge I don’t think the bracelet represents a dramatic flaw (the bezel is a different story though). Realistically, these 5 digit models are not longer mainstream and there is no competition among the factories to build the best ones. BTW, I replaced the wrong clasp with a 116610 model and now it’s a perfect wearable combination for me :)
@e1phantom , check Page 448 but I dont think so. The SELs are different.
