I agree with the above. Although going for 3135 is a plus, BP got lazy on the case specs indeed. Case rework by a skilled modder is more required than ever with these actual series. Let's hope BP will update this in the future.

The SEL"s looks also wrong, seems to be the common 93250 bracelet.
Really a shame this new breed SD.
As mentioned earlier BP may reuse 93250 clasps instead of producing new 93160 ones. Although also marked 93250 the SELs are made to fit the SD case.

The BP SD-SEL is on the left, a RAF Sub-SEL on the right. In contrast to the RAF the BP SEL does not accept 2mm spring bars.

Differences become more clear when mounted. Putting the BP SD-SEL on a RAF 16610 (right side, stock on left). The BP SD-SEL is too thick to be a common 93250 SEL.

And vice versa the RAF Sub-SEL on the BP 16600 (right side, stock on left). The common 93250 SEL leaves a gap and can’t be fastened at all.

Finally, the BP SD with stock SELs on both sides. I don’t think it’s very different from the gen fit.

Built out of ignorance or lacking knowledge I don’t think the bracelet represents a dramatic flaw (the bezel is a different story though). Realistically, these 5 digit models are not longer mainstream and there is no competition among the factories to build the best ones. BTW, I replaced the wrong clasp with a 116610 model and now it’s a perfect wearable combination for me :)

So in summary, the BP still needs the following:

-RAF 5 digit bracket
-WSO bezel assembly
-crown guard shaping

Is that right?

The RAF 93250 won’t fit the BP SD. The stock one does very nicely but has the wrong number, should be 93160. I have have to update my last post to make it more clear.

So the raf bracelet fits the case but just the clasp is wrong? Is that it?

For example I can get the raf bracelet m2m but is the clasp the only no go here? Trying to follow

I have updated my post. The RAF bracelet is completely wrong for the SD and can not even be attached. I wanted to prove if the stock BP SD bracelet is an ordinary 93250. It is not, even though the numbers on the bracelet suggest it is.
Don't worry, the stock bracelet is the best you can get. Unless you can find a correct older 93160 if the wrong numbers bother you too much.

Too bad, even with a new retaining ring there is no chance? The stock bezel assembly is really crappy.
@lukko what’s your plan for modding this part?

Need to have the SA3135 version that i’ve just ordered mate and see what i can do for better click and gen feeling.
What’s the story on this one?

Here’s complete specs:
-BP 2824 version
-gen tube blistered
-gen 704 crown blistered
-TC SD bracelet
-TC V3 hands set
-change hour, minute, seconds wheels of the movement to accept TC V3 hands
-modding case, lugs, crown guards and to accept gen tube
-modding bezel to have gen click sound and feeling
-gen 16600 luminova insert blisterd
