Those close ups really nice, wrist wise close to no one would “tell” you IRL
Great watch for the price, sometimes wonder why need to mod anyways
Thanks for the close up and side by side

Any opinion on this bracelet ?

I like how the description says it’s got $700-900 worth of gold in it yet its retail price is $240. Haha. Typical “wrapped gold” scam. It’s just thicker electro plating or PVD Plating. It will def last longer than a $40 bracelet…but you can buy a lot of $40 bracelets for $240.

Hi guys, just making my first purchase and read all 54 pages In this thread as I been following it for about a month now.

I made payment around early January and just got my QC pics today but my untrained eyes are just not sure what to look for. Can you guys help me with this one GL or is it enough to RL? I notice the clasp looks a little cheap im not sure if BPF are all like this. Any help would be great.

Hi
Hi is your bp 16613ln bezel wobbly? When i push mine its wobbly 😬

I also have a 16610ln and the bezel has a lot of slack both lateral and up and down, and in my opinion it is too sensitive ,it moves too easily, however I think that in terms of quality/price the aesthetic level pays off a lot, if you are not satisfied I am looking for a 16613 black...I opened a wtb 😂😂😂

Seems to confirm what a couple of us noticed a few pages ago in this thread.
Mine used to have a little play and now it's gone after I removed and reinstalled the bezel. It has to do with how far down the crystal retaining ring is pressed on the case.
Mine has no play after installing the ring and pushing it all the way down on the case. It spins and clicks very nice and precise except for an area where I believe in the bezel gasket was damaged during the installation.
I'll have to remove the bezel again and replace the bezel gasket. I have some fishing line ready to go 😂

Bottom line, if you don't want to deal with the complications that come with removing the bezel assembly and possibly the crystal along with it, then leave it as is but know that it can be fixed if you really want to.

I’ll try to reinstall my bezel by my watchsmith, i dont want to damage it 😬 but the whole watch i really like it,

Got my LN this morning, will post a wristy tomorrow.

And bugger me if this isn’t the nicest 5 digit rep I’ve ever ordered. (Which it is, saving us all a huge amount of embarrassment…)

The last BP I ordered was back in 2019. Everything is better on this one - especially the crystal. Yeah, the bracelet needs a bit of work to take off the sharpness on the clasp, but that’s a 30 minute job with a dremnel, a beer and some scotchbrite.

My initial plan was to drop this in a box of screws and rocks to add 20 years to it, but I think I’ll keep it pristine. Great watch - definitely at parity with BP’s legendary Sea Dweller.

I definitely enjoy my 16613LN but on the downside my SELS are quite poor : uneven (as if both sides of the bracelet came from different batches) and badly adjusted. My TT comes from an early batch I think, and I can see some of you have way better SELs.
Also some numbers on the insert are so-so. I digged into replacing it, Horlogear inserts look a bit coppery on pictures, anyone tried other options (WSO or else) ?

Thanks bud, are the BPF clasp usually looking this dull or is this an isolated issue with this qc pic.
If it’s dull get some cream metal polish and a soft cloth and shine it up. It’s just stainless steel. I use mCGuires mag wheel and aluminum polish. Works great for stainlesss steel and old Rolex plexiglass crystals.
