@mister twister , did they? Lie that is. The chronograph does indeed work as expected (from their perspective and that of folks who know the function of the 7750 movement) Perhaps a lack of understanding on your part led to you not asking the correct questions?
Also, did you do a comparison of the true clone and this model to sort of the major differences? If so, it would seem to be apparent. Just saying.
Well we've established that they lied at least twice:

1. To my statement that, since they haven't provided a video of the movement I will only confirm their QC if
"the chronograph works as it should, meaning that, when activated:
- at 9 o’clock shows chronograph minutes
- at 3 o’clock shows hours
- at 6 o’clock shows seconds"

2. Saying that I scratched this garbage fake watch. I never even put it on my wrist, cuz I'd need to waste time and money to resize it. Typically I wear replicas that cost close to $1k I try always getting the most expensive one. But for over two years all these factories were pumping out just RMs and Rolexes but AP with chrono. So once I finally saw a brand new AP with chrono, immediately I've asked Ryan if it works as gen cuz I was also concerned that it costs under $500, but I am not the expert. Why should I be? I guess if I was a TD, I'd know how a gen AP chrono works exactly. And contrary to the nonsense people were saying to defend Ryan, he speaks pretty good English. Google translate can convert my EN emails to any language for a person to understand the question I quoted above...

The fact that you still aren’t capable of taking any self-criticism blows my mind.

@mister twister those QC pictures clearly show the 9 o'clock dial does not function in line with the chronograph....3 o'clock dial is reset to zero, chronograph hand is at zero, 6 o'clock dial reading seconds....9 o'clock dial not linked to any of those.
As for the marks on the case, in the future, if it were me, I would have sent my own QC photos back to the dealer before then showing them how it was packaged.

We can all learn from this, and for that I am grateful to you.

And you never give up trying to defend your favorite amazing TD, with lack of any arguments.
What arguments do you need? You bought a 7750 chrono for 350 dollars but expect to get a watch like the ones that cost 900 dollars. You regretted your purchase after unstickering the watch (which goes against all TDs’ return policies), and now you’re sitting here bitching about it.

The TDs are not your personal assistants, responsible for teaching you about every watch and function in the world. To them, you’re just a drop in the ocean. It’s up to you to know what you’re buying. You should know better - end of story.

Point taken! I've been browsing Puretime and TrustyTime's websites for about two years since they last released an AP chrono, where, according to the TD, the chrono didn’t function like the gen. So, I wasn’t super thorough in my examination of the link (I believe that video wasn’t even available at the time) and was quite excited to finally see an AP chrono coming out after such a long wait.

So, I immediately asked Ryan if it worked like the gen, to which both he and his QC guy said yes. I asked in detail and received a positive answer. Obviously, it was my fault for relying on a professional TD to know what he was doing. But that doesn’t excuse the way he acted—pretending that I scratched up this blatantly fake watch (essentially making it worthless) instead of offering me a paid solution to fix the situation.

Below is what they advertised:

You set yourself up for failure!

The chronograph, being a A7750, works exactly as it should. Ain't nobody got time to read the rest a.k.a. your mistaken perception about how a A7750 works.

As to how the watch was scratched, I ask you OP, do you have any idea what sort of volume these people process? Assuming a 5% defect rate, that is still a sizeable sample, where malicious scratching has never been reported.

If you think this TD (I've never bought from him, thought I should mention as your defence is everyone here is their fanboy) specifically chose YOU to pull this stunt on, it's because your ego is too big

You sir, took the words right out of my mouth.

We have established no such thing as Ryan lying about anything, so yeah.
This thread provided a good amount of amusement and should now drift off into the digital abyss.

Extremely well said. What a shitshow of a thread.

Don’t say that.😅
I see most of the usual suspects in this thread. We all flock to such threads.

We love those paid entertainers secretly sponsored by the mods to liven up the forum to allow us to vent.

I cannot imagine OP to be a real person convinced that this line of arguments will sway public opinion his way. Nah, not likely. 🤔
