Has anyone tried these inserts? They look pretty good to me

Bro those are the same OD as BP, which is 37.5mm. This is narrower in width than gen, which is ~37.65. So it won't fit well in a gen-spec bezel.

This info is in the drop-down

Dimensions
Outer Diameter - 37.5mm
Inner Diameter - 30.6mm

Great find for BP'ers though BP inserts are pretty good. Hmm, I wonder...

Very pricey!

I have ordered these now. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004845731810.html?pdp_npi=3@dis!USD!US $30.00!US $8.00!!!!!@2103201916959778901074562e0136

I think it's mismatched because the hands barely glow. The dial's lume shines brightly, while the hands barely shine. I'm almost sure that it will be enough to change the hands to some with good lume and it will be a better match.
Ack I wasn't fast enough to post this.

All those hands are maxi hands so they won't be correct for a Kermit, which has only a maxi minute hand.

It's exactly how a stock BP 16610 LV comes (Hmm I wonder...). I corrected mine with a set of hands from a BP 16610 LN.

That's a really nice looking set of hands. The second hand lumed orb is technically larger than that on a 16610 but it's beautiful (and very rare for rep) center pinion cap easily makes up for that.

Only problem is they are for a 116610 so the lume is Chromalight (blue-green) not Super - Luminova (green).

Maybe worth texting the AliE seller, they might have the correct ones in their inventory

Guys hands are fine… it’s a damn dial dots. Just need to relume or replace dots with another rep dial such as BP, JF, or ARF.

Do they make an accurate flat 4 dial with the different font ?

BP's dial would work. It's a rep of the service dial so OK for any period. Lume is very white in the daytime, though nothing matches ARF's shock white lume.

That is very interesting , I was not aware that the Kermit wasn’t using a full set of maxi hands. I think there must be a transttion period. Here is a gen hulk and a Kermit, the hands looks the same to me, or am I going crazy :)

You are right, those two sets of hands are essentially the same except for lume color ofc.

I don't recall the Kermit (or the Hulk) hour and second hands being referred to as maxi hands. They look identical to the 16610 LN in side by side pics.

It was these hands that are different from all of these models

And the BP stock hands

The hour hand shaft is shorter and too wide and the second hand orb is too large.

A 6 digit GMT for example has all maxi hands. A Sub with a fat hour hand has commonly been referred to as having "a GMT hour hand".
