I've read the mag is off, 3 instead 2.5.. really though it's just the numerals once it hits the 20's and 30's.

Any recommendations on a modder that can pull of a gen DW on a 2824?

I always install gen crystal on any subs or similar. Reps just don’t cut it. That’s the best way to get the mag right.

If you need a DW, you’ll have to search a little for it. I can’t source any SD43 parts. Any quality watch smith can install a DW or overlay. Check the watch smith section of the forum.

Spoiler: ARF wins by a very small margin... noob dial is slightly better... hands about the same.

There’s still availability. Just be careful because I got a QC of V3 with a V2 bezel. Had to replace. If they truly aren’t manufacturing more (can’t confirm), we might be scraping the bottom of the barrel with weird part combos.

Just came across this. My v3 arrived yesterday and loved it. It had stopped this morning. Took the back off and the movement is the v2 undecorated. I have contacted my TD to ask they swap but other than the decoration, what are the other improvements on the v3 compared to v2 so I can see if worth my while shipping it back to china?
