Both have the same clone movement and are very well made. In the end it is down to your personal preference.

No one except guys in this forum or watch reseller will spot the difference on the bracelet or hands. The killer is the dial. If you buy a SW dial will be better, not same as gen but definitly better than stocks
Personally would only buy the 15510 if the bracelet was accurate due to it being a bit more tapered.

We are lucky to have @legend on the forum who is able for your dream come true. Ask him a quote for a 15510 with the correct bracelet. It really worth it.
Boys- Blue dial 15500- Has APSF passed ZF in terms of quality and dial color? or is ZF still king? TD has my order for ZF, but I can still change now if I made a mistake and APS is the one to have

This is the core discussion here over 50+ pages and in other sub forums. You will need weeks to read all of them. What I can say is both ZF and APSF are on the same level. No one will notice a different. I have the ZF 15500 with the black dial since 2019 with Miyota and I'm always happy with this beauty. And I'm a picky one.
The result of many discussions here is, that the black dial is the closest to the gen. Blue is difficult to rep.

With the dial is against a gen, there’s like 3 different blue dials alone.
Id personally skip the sw and pay to have legend do his mAgic
Im 99.9% the apsf and zf latest version are the same, clone movement jewels are now spelt correctly lol, either one is fine 15500- I like the blue dial but their all nice and silver I think is the most acurate, both dials are good but the tapestry will never be the same as Gen- teh production is totally differnt process so it’s im

Sorry I was speaking about the 15510 and difference on bracelet and hands that if not a real connaisseur they won’t spot the difference. On the blue dial 15510 stock not sur Legend can do anything, the dial is way too far. SW is lot better, but still not the same tone as Gen
Our watchmaker in Belgium (that work on gen AP, Rolex, Omega etc etc) build some stunning examples of 15500 but only with the black dial that he repaint and refinish.. blu is way too different from the gen for an high quality replica.

I am looking as well now for a black dial. Gen black dials on eBay are USD 1200, I am hoping to find one around 8-900

Sorry He is our shop watchmaker and I cannot share details as officially he doesn’t work on reps.

Ok, so for a 15500 blue the consensus is APSF but for white it's ZF...but black will be the closest to gen, and on that one it's personal choice as to go APSF or ZF.

To be honest with the 15500 at least as long as you are getting the latest you can't make a wrong decision they are all VERY nice. None of them are perfect reps of course. However I will say APSF has a nicer overall quality with updated dials (especially blue) so that might get the edge from me if I were buying today.
