That sounds like the length of the stem is either too short or too long, so it's not engaging the actual mechanism. Try it with the stem and crown outside of the case and see if it works properly - if it does, then the issue is with the length of the stem in relation to the case, rather than an issue with the actual movement. It took a long time, but I finally got it done. One of them at least.
The other is going to have to wait because the movement in it is completely toast - it does weird things even with a brand-new battery:
The chrono hand sometimes moves as the seconds dial.
The Chrono won't start, stop, or reset. Sometimes, the top left subdial turns when the top button is pressed.
When I put it into the case, it would run for a while, then stop when I screwed down the crown.
The hands would rotate on their own.
So I will have to put another movement in it. I did get the snoopy finished though.
This one also required a new movement which also involved filing down the top right pivot to accept the disc and not bow up the dial. That took forever to get it just right. This one's movement was completely DOA - nothing at all.
Easy peasy! TY!just get rid of it

I tried that, and it's the same - nothing. I did figure out what the stepping of the other dials is though - it's a function of the PE50 to realign the hands after a battery change. That sounds like the length of the stem is either too short or too long, so it's not engaging the actual mechanism. I have - fairly simple process, just needed a 33mm PE50 adapter from AliX and then cutting a new stem. I paid $70 for mine back in September, so not much of a ‘deal’ there, but it’s worth the price of admission. For the 11.11 sale looks like the Pagani 1701 V6 is gettable for around $65-$70 USD. I'd have to go back many pages I think, but didn't someone here put a DH MoonSwatch into a 1701 case/back/bracelet?
I'm tempted to buy one, if I could verify it fits without too much faffing about.
The Pagani is world’s better than the standard AliX VK63 cases btw; I’m just splitting hairs about what the potential /best/ option is.For the 11.11 sale looks like the Pagani 1701 V6 is gettable for around $65-$70 USD. This case and Crystal looks miles better than the alix vk63 I used.It took a long time, but I finally got it done. One of them at least.

Mind sharing where you got it?
Lovely, thanks mate.
No, never got back to me...One on the left looks miles better (and mine looks like the one on the right).
Ever hear back from the Reddit user?
It's super comfortable. I have a generic rubber/silicone strap with it, and it's also incredibly light.Lovely, thanks mate.
Do you find it less chunky?
Just found what appears to be the Corgeut case by itself on AliX for $25 (bracelet included):
Has anyone ever tried swapping out chrono pushers? It's a beautiful FOIS-style case (with an accurate thickness of 13.2mm) but those pushers stick out just like 1-2mm more than ideal.

Lol true! Will see what I can find. Looking not necessarily for accuracy’s sake, but moreso cause they look wonky protruding that muchnope but if you find the pushers, tell me please
i will give it a shot
another option might be to grind down the pushers
i am stupid enough to try that
that said, we are talking about moonswatch metal mods...so a bit of difference is not the end of the world
