Yeah, that's why I thought I'd ask as I've come from the Seiko modding community, so I already had a Pagani Speedmaster with a Feiko Speedmaster dial, that I want to change into a Moonswatch. And when I looked on AliExpress there were loads of different crowns, so I thought I'd better ask as I've not really changed crowns and tubes before, so just been watching YouTube videos on how to do it also, thanks for your help.

I've ordered the crown and a Moonswatch, let's see how it goesThe Pagani has a 6.5 mm crown, I think
I made a DSOTM from a Pagani some time ago
The shop I gave you has a good range of multi brands crowns
As I said, you can find cheaper on Ali but this shop is good

Replicas are definitely a different beast to Seiko builds/homages, people take them very serious on this site I'm noticing.

It's all in the details with replica modding. With a Seiko homage you have a lot of wiggle room in terms of case dimensions, hand size, print, etc. You mostly just have to get the vibe of the homage right and people will be happy and even prefer it as long as you hand over something that looks and feels like a quality product. You don't have that luxury with replicas if you want to make a correct one.Hi there
That being said, if you're familiar with actually modding Seiko mods, not just assembling AliExpress parts, all of the skills and knowledge is transferrable. You just have to do a lot more research on the piece you're trying to replicate and get the details right.
