Im search table with parameters ring for rolex watch. These parameters are not the same as on AliExpress. I'm talking about rolex submariner 116610.
On ali ring size 31.9*0.7*0.3. from table size 31.9*0.65.065. where is right?

Follow the link I posted for advice on choosing a fishline size. Rep bezel grooves vary in height and depth plus a hytrel ring is a different shape than round so sizes are not really interchangeable.

Can you post a link? Sometimes the aftermarket gaskets work on some reps, other times not. Also please report back if it works, others may benefit.

Sometimes that can be corrected by flipping the hytrel upside down. There is a correct vertical orientation which can be mistaken at the time of factory install.

I periodically receive 10-20 hours of vsf Submariner 40mm. and they all have bezel paly. It seems to me that there are some problems in the production of VSF or those who produce rings for them. The very first copies that I have do not have such problems. How can this information be conveyed to vsf?

Maybe this is a wear problem of the mechanism that produces these rings? Over time, everything wears out. and requires replacement.
