Never seen a D engraving and doubt the existence. Could be wrong..
My D daily worn since 2005
Hey Que and guys.
Does any of you have experience with the WSO champagne date disc? Is it any good in a Yuki 3135?
Thanks in advance.
Amazing thread! Learned a lot for my current 16613 build. So far my list consists of:
TC V6 mid case & case back
Yuki 3135 movement (w/ service)
GEN dial
GEN datewheel
GEN insert
GEN gold crown
GEN/ST crown tube
GEN/ST crystal
ST 18K bezel
ST retaining ring
ST 18K bracelet w/ WM9 TT clasp
This thread is inspiring.... Been into this hobbie for about a year.... Bought a TC V6, Noob Sub v6 BP DJ2 and a few others however My ultimate watch is a 16613... I think I may try to build this.... At a budget of about 50% of the GEN... Now where to start??? [emoji85][emoji85]
Agreed. Get the gen dial first and it's real incentive to put your brain in neutral and just start throwing money into the build. Ask me how I know?
Throw pics in this thread or it didn't happen!

Dial is a good starting point imho. It makes you want to complete it by the beauty of it.
4 grand is ridiculous money. You know you can get a gen for 5-6? You really think it's worth it to put that much into a rep?
You're better than half the price of a gen. Sell the dial and insert and put it towards the real McCoy. No rep no matter how good it is beats a genuine Rolex. Just my $.02
