Correct , I got priced $80 from David $50 from Patrick. I brought it up to David and was going to cancel my order, Patrick got weird about it and didn't want to take business from his seller, I ended up staying with David and he got my order to me very fast. If your in the US and want it quick the extra $30 maybe for you. No rush save the $30.
Is Patrick a RWI member? What is his ID for sending PM? Tks for any advice in advance.

Correct both are members, I could be wrong but I belive David is the only supported vendor, even though they are the same product. Patrick supplies to David, David is out of California, makes a little profit but you can get it in the US in a few days. I have 0 complaints of dealing with David fast on pms and shipped my xtal to me within 4 days door to door.

Hi everyone! I'm normally the guy lurking in the background, but after changing out the crystal today on my clean v3 116500 i have to say this is a must for clean daytonas. I got the watch a while ago and it just had no life at all compared to gen. Having dealt with a few crappy crystals in my seiko modding days i had my suspicions, and this thread confirmed it. If you have a black dial (honestly ANY clean daytona) you won't regret installing a deep crystal.

So since they don't offer a 41mm No-Date XTal so far but I can just buy a 41mm Sub (Date) deep xtal and burn off the cyclops to remove it?
I've done it before on a few other cheaper watches/xtals but just curious if I stand to screw up the AR on the Deep's (Is the AR on both sides or just the backside)?
Pretty sure the same process is described here on RWI to modify a Gen Sub xtal to no-date in the same way.

To prevent the crystal from mistakenly sitting taller in height than it should, make sure the crystal is pressed down firmly all around to the case prior to putting the bezel back on. Had accidentally not press it down fully on a certain area and noticed the crystal had a poke on that area while being more flushed on the rest once the bezel was back on.
Bought a crystal from him Sunday, paid and confirmed delivery details. Haven’t heard anything since. Asked for a tracking number yesterday, he’s been online since but no reply

Hi all. Have a new Dandong and Deep Crystal, but the stock gasket does not fit. Watchmaker says a bigger gasket is necessary. Can anyone help?
Anyone encountered this? What size gasket should I use? From all I've read stock CF gasket should have worked. Thanks.

Apologies, rather he said he can't remove the gasket without destroying it and wants to know what gasket to use. Does anybody know the height? 29.5x0.55mmx2.5mm is what I'm looking atHi all.
