Prof crystal looks pretty damn good!!! What do you think of it?

Looks good for the money, spent half vs the gen crystal. My goal was to build a very good franken for $1000-1500. Here is my gen vs v9 Prof crystal for comparison.

That looks really great bro - where did you source the Yuki 3135 and who put it in? Your're right, with a spongebob you got enough to call it good to go.

Luckily I had a yuki sitting around, serviced by MIskiped recently. I was waiting for the right watch came through. I dropped it in myself with he guidance of occb...and a lot of reading.

Just got my V9 delivered , wish I'd gone ARF.

Sel is near flush , bracelet and clasp feel cheap, bezel paint is near enough white.

Looks good to me, but I guess it is all in the feeling. Try the baby oil trick for the bracelet, and as I am sure you know (since you started this thread!) that a few mods will go a long way. PPM, crystal, maybe even ARF bracelet and you are good to go.

Uh oh, did he get a v8? I honestly can't tell, but when my QC photos come I am definitely going to post it up to confirm. I followed smoke's advice, and got mine from Chazingtime as Ryan was out of stock. Chazingtime got a new batch of the SA3135 LN so I paid the other day and biting my nails waiting for QC

Wow SEL is not perfect, despite the other small flaws a great watch. Its not worthless tho.

Hi there, I have also paid for a V9 116610LN (Ceramic Black Noob 904Lwith SA3135) from Chazingtime. I received a message saying that they "need some more time cos right now the batch the V9 are mixed with older parts so they are waiting for a new batch of stocks" . I'm not impatient so I will wait until the watch is ready for the QC photos. Being a simple mere mortal, I will upload the pending images on here for some guidance on the quality (and version?) if that is okay?..
Being new to here, Congrats on how the site is run - I have been reading for over a month now and the info/ feedback is first class, Cheers!
