The regulator is working fine as it is ONLY represented by the dagger.
The whole swan neck is instead non functional, it's a decoration just like in any other rep with this feature.
The problem is that, due to the dagger being too thin in this specific movement, the micrometric screw overlaps it. You could change the dagger to a thicker one only for the movement to LOOK better, but the regulator would be working not better nor worse, just the same.

OK so both the swan neck AND the dagger would need replacing then to make the regulator adjustable using these parts then? I can see now in the QC pics how the MS overlaps the dagger. Good catch!

Where did you hear that KW was mastering the movement and decorations? Why don't I hear any of these teaser rumors?! lol

nitpicking here:
ZF engravings on the bridge looks a bit too bold
the wrong markings under the balance wheel also, marked as 6497-1 but this is a 6497-2 movement, also the panerai does not have this marking, they have an alpha-numeric serial number.

I think ZF looks better. Look at the distortion.

I may be biased as I have just received my ZF today!!!! Will post pics in the morning during daylight --------- let me tell you its f**kin awesome. Been waiting for a 127 for ages and ages.

Actually dial printing looks better on ZF as well. KW looks very thin font.
