Not sure how it is on Toronto but Sydney Real Estate is ludacris prices now. A PAM127 for $450AUD aint doing to make jack difference.

The Canadian dollar is basically Monopoly money. When I buy a watch, it's like the price and a half. Bullshit lol. Like I said, as I'm sure you're all well aware, this hobby is expensive as shit. It's interesting to see that for the most part all these members from different counties usually have to convert to USD. I'm sure it takes a toll on all of us. Unless you get paid in the Euro or pound.

There is always a Down side to the strong US dollar and its is ironic in my case. For the past 25 years I have watched the dollar weaken against the French franc and then the Euro, Now that I am owed 50,000 euros the dollar is strong and thus the euro buys less dollars so as much as it pains me I may leave the money in our account in France until the Euro gains in strength. Life's a Bitch when your an international Playboy! But really no joke if a lazy delusional member of the family had taken care of business in 2013 I would be ahead over $10,000 now a different member of the family has taken over and I expect things will move along in a professional realistic manner. I Hope..... And everyone has a BS excuse... Fing typical for this failure. Sorry for the Rant.
