Picked up a ZF 15450 via M2M. I must say the quality is pretty amazing, and loving the grey dial (could not find blue and needed one quickly)

This is a really nice piece, having seen a grey chrono in person, I think the grey is actually pretty accurate in color. Other than that the details/feeling/quality of this watch is VERY good. 2 Thumbs up!

Now I know this has been a hot topic, but I just have the feeling this is a bit too small for my tastes. My wrist is a bit flat, and about 6.3". Not that it does not wear nicely, it really does, but I just have a feeling I have a bit of room to go to fit a 39mm 15202. I would try a 15500 but I just think there is no shot it is fitting. Your thoughts?

DUDE. The 15450 looks perfect on your wrist! Unless you're going for the bigger watch look, I'd say you're good to go man. Glad to see you're enjoying it!

Imho you would enjoy a thin 15202, too. 👍

Thanks! It does look nice, do not get me wrong, but I think I have room for a 39mm.... but wow is this thing nice thanks again!

Thank you, I do not own multiple of similar watches, so gotta pick one! Hope to try a 15202 to see which sings to me the most.... spoiler alert, I am a sucker for a blue dial!

If you are going for a more elegant look the 15450 is the perfect fit judging from your photos. The 15202 although being a lot thinner suffers from huge case proportions in my opinion, I wish I could pull it off but having the same wrist size as you i found that the 15450 is the best option available.

Thanks @dc2Rk24

The good news is I also have a 15202 en route, so in a few days I should be able to decide which way to go. Agreed the 15450 is a great fit and actually a great rep, but figured I would give the 15202 one more shot as I had one I think back in March that I sold due to getting a gen 15300or. What I realized is that after so many years of being a Rolex only fan, is that I can't really scratch the itch I have with that brand, but the AP RO line just brings so much to the table. They are elegant yet sporty, and are a tad less under the radar as I love the brushed look of RO's.

Once I get the 15202 I can definitely throw up some comparison photos, but I can say the difference between 37mm and 39mm (on the 15300) is not terribly noticeable.

Yes, 15450 is sold, 15500 blue also tried and will sell soon, and 15202 was realized as the perfect watch for my wrist! Love it! I am not against getting another 15450 though, I think it is also awesome.

I ended up coming to the same conclusion. I knew it when I unboxed the ZF 15450. Tried it for a month but it was fairly obvious from the get go. Had the “mid-size” effect where the dial is just smaller than it should be.

Similar case size to my DJ36 but it just wears smaller.

Has anyone been able to source a 23mm rubber strap + plots for the 15450 yet?

I've tried searching around but there isn't really much to choose from.

I've seen gen rubber straps but no plots on eBay and they are expensive. I've been looking for a rep rubber strap for the 15450 and so far, no luck. ZicZac Leather gave me a quote of $58.00 for a Saffiano leather strap which includes shipping.

Believe me you made the best decision. I think it is perfect size for you. I tried 41 with my 16.5 cm (6.5'') wrist with wrist span of 51 mm, it is big. Given that first link is stable, lug to lug is really long so that it overhangs.

What size are the plots? I am selling a set on our classifieds, I believe 3.5mm?

I don't know what size plots the 15450 uses. I'm assuming the plots would be smaller than 3.5mm since the 15450 bracelet width is smaller.

I have side by side pics 15450 vs 15202, they look pretty similar. That being said, the 15500 had the same plots as the 15202, so could be what you need. You should be good with 3.5 unless somebody confirms otherwise

I'll wait for confirmation and continue to wait for my 15450 to arrive. No rush at this point.
