I don't think my 7" can do it. It's a preference thing of course, but I really don't the look. The wrist looks so small when you got a big watch on it. Like a child with a grown up watch.
I do love this watch so it sucks that I'm not a 8"

On the contrary, the font is Zenith's one for sure. They first used it in 1938 as a part of an on-board clock for airplanes:

Sorry to correct you: IWC used this font first on the "Armbanduhr für Flieger" in 1936. Sometimes called "Mark IX":
