A6497 movement from PAM111 (but not only) is one of the easiest movements to repair. However if you are not familiar with such special task operation like repairing movement, or you don't want to spend extra money, you can buy from toro PAM587 based on A6497 with brand new strap (suprisingly good quality) just for 128USD

Extra parts from the old one A6497
Good quality rep strap
And well finished pair of "gold hands" to spare or for sale.
It's more than bargain.

Gen 5004 and 5009 have the same dial. Only difference is in the movement and stem/crown if I remember correctly.
