Where I need to be.
The grey dial looks stunning as well. I think the dials besides blue will be safe. I love the blue but I think the dials need improvement.

Not true actually.

2 points:

1. Whatever dial color you compare in person side by side, will show variances vs the gen.
2. The ZF blue dial is accurate vs a specific gen variant.

I have said so a few times and I will say it again. Google is NOT your friend if you want to compare colors. You need to compare the gen and rep side by side, and from the same angle and under the same lighting. Then and only then will you be able to properly say x color looks off vs gen. And for the blue color, variations exist in the gens from H-current series. The ZF blue isn't off. I am not defending the ZF production but I think that members who are keen to purchase one, should know this fact at least.

Grey dial is nicer I think..

The forum is made up of opinions actually, yours and mine included and it’s totally fine.
My point was not directed toward you specifically: that we should not base our judgement of colors off pictures. Also, we need to remember the silver, black and grey dials are not 1:1 to gen too as many seem to think, and always the blue is compared unfavorably to the rest of the colors.

Looks nice Flay . I'm not sure about the clasp, maybe some pros can chip in. I'd accept it.

Is yours ZF or Z+? I still believe that there are 2 batches from the same factory. One that comes with Z+ tag and one with ZF tag and ZF sticker.

No idea, there is no sticker on the photos. But this is a myth anyway after what I have read here.

I don't compare the color, this is obvious the light is very different. but the AP logo on the claps. But it could be dust/plastic effect

But it seems like like some TD only sell z+ tag and some only Zf tag / sticker. So maybe the watches are really the same but how do you explain the different tags?

Because they changed their name from ZF to Z+F a few months ago and probably didn't want the old tags to go to waste.

Then the same dealer would sell some Z+ and some ZF tagged ones, no? But for me it seems like TD A sells Z+ and TD B sells ZF. Anyway, which tag is the newer one then? If they changes from ZF to Z+F I assume Z+ tag is the new one?

This many pages and everyone doesn't already understand Z+, ZF, Z+F are all the same maker. Like someone said, the Chinese are not going to throw the old tags out, they do not like waste. This is no different than when some of the new versions V1, V2, V3 come with a part from a previous version, like the dial. They will use all the old stuff until it is gone.
So only way to deal with it is to try and work with your TD. I would suggest telling them exactly what you are looking for, so when they go to the maker they try and get what you want. I believe Lucy (I never used her) is pretty good to her customers and will work with you to get what you want.
But honestly like legend said, all these dials are correct for some serial number Gen (as close as they can be). I think we stress the maco details a little to much, thinking there are 1000 different makers out there making different versions with small changes. They are a few big makers making them.

The dealers will sell whatever they're given by the factories. Yes, the latest tag will be the Z+F ones.
